Savills Industrial Stock Survey (SISS)

Savills Industrial Stock Survey (SISS) is the only national industrial property stock survey in Australia that monitors industrial stock size, vacancy and potential industrial development in Australia.

SISS covers over 83 million square metres of investment grade industrial land throughout Australia. The survey monitors over 800 properties owned by major industrial property players in over 31 precincts throughout Australia. Industrial Property is broken down into Prime-grade, Secondary-grade, Hi Tech / Office and development sites. Details can be accessed anywhere via the web through a single log in.

The SISS is by annual subscription service including two detailed reports per year. In addition, SISS subscribers will receive one or two presentations (as required) a year on the state of the national industrial market.
