National Full Floor Availability Report

Savills Research and Consultancy created the Australian Property Institute (API) award winning Availability Report, which tracks space that is actually available for lease in prime buildings in major Australian CBD’s.

Should a client be assessing space to lease or, a landlord, considering competing tenancy options, the Savills Availability Report will provide the best gauge available. Updated on a monthly basis, it is now the most sought-after office report in the country and its results are regularly quoted by property media.

The report graphically illustrates and analyses all Premium and Grade A office space in each major CBD, which will allow Savills to advise clients of the best possible leasing investment strategy.
