Refunds cannot be issued once Research Reports have been downloaded. If you are not satisfied with the Research report, or have received an incorrect Research Report, you must advise savillsresearch@savills.com.au within 24hours.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to:  savillsresearch@savills.com.au 
 
All requests for refunds will be assessed on an individual basis.
